Revolutionizing Sustainable Acoustic Solutions: A Success Story

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our EU-funded project aimed at establishing a pilot plant for our innovative foam forming technology. This cutting-edge technology has enabled us to produce, in a pilot scale, sustainable acoustic tiles made from wood fiber for suspended ceilings, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards eco-friendly construction materials in commercial scale.

The project involved the implementation of a test line dedicated to the development and production of prototype materials. Thanks to the support of the European Union, we were able to fully achieve our project goals, resulting in the establishment of a fully operational batch-type test line at Aisti.

With two dedicated R&D engineers working full-time at the pilot plant, we have made remarkable progress over the past 1.5 years. During this time, we have manufactured approximately 1000 m2 of prototype tiles, catering to our product development needs and demonstration sites.

Moreover, our focus on process development, particularly in formation of fiber foam, has allowed us to refine our technology and enhance the quality of our acoustic solutions. This achievement underscores our commitment to innovation and sustainability in the construction industry.

As we move forward, we remain dedicated to revolutionizing acoustic solutions while prioritizing environmental sustainability. With the support of EU funding and our team’s relentless dedication, we are poised to lead the way in delivering sustainable, high-performing and low-cost solutions for suspended ceilings.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to drive positive change in the construction landscape. Together, let’s build a greener and more sustainable future.
