enhancing home acoustics for relaxation
24 May 2023 by
Aisti

Objective: The client’s goal was to create, with great acoustics, a relaxing home environment where one can escape echoey surroundings and enjoy a calm, peaceful atmosphere.

Solution: We used sustainable and natural Aisti® acoustic tiles to achieve this. We installed the white Teno tiles on the high ceiling in an elegant formation, enhancing the home’s acoustics and creating a stunning feature in this stylish and unique space.

Details: We manufactured and delivered the tiles for this project directly from our pilot plant in Jyväskylä, Finland.

Space: Nestled in Helsinki’s city centre, this distinctive, newly renovated private home offers a tranquil retreat with stunning rooftop views. The apartment boasts impressive ceiling height, custom-made features, and exquisite details, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a hectic day. This exclusive residence includes a cosy library perfect for relaxation. Aisti’s sustainable acoustic tiles enhance the serene atmosphere, making it an ideal haven amid the urban bustle.

Discover how Aisti® acoustic tiles transformed this private home:

We installed our Teno tiles directly into the ceiling and paired them with crown moulding to create a stunning coffered ceiling look and feel. Our Aisti® effectively absorbs sound reflections, significantly reducing echo within the library room. As a result, this enhances the relaxation and comfort of those using the space, ultimately leading to lower stress levels and improved overall well-being.

Testimony:

“To balance the hectic work life, it’s wonderful to come home and relax in my own library, enjoying a fantastic acoustic environment. I can read a book, watch a film, or chat with friends in a calm and soothing setting. I chose Aisti’s tiles because, with sustainable and high-quality acoustic tiles available, there is no reason to choose any other solution for my home.” – Private Homeowner
